Situated in a beautiful rural location, Villa Stavria
enjoys a favorable position and provides superb views of the
Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. This
traditional Cypriot holiday home lies amongst private full-grown
gardens, lending a relaxing, 'away-from-it-all' atmosphere. On
the other hand, it is only two kilometers away from the beach of
Coral Bay where one can find shops, plenty of bars, cafés,
restaurants and several popular beachside taverns. It is also only
two kilometers away from the busier village of Peyia providing a
great choice of traditional taverns and shops.
Behind the single-story villa, the paved terrace around
the private swimming pool is liberally furnished with loungers,
umbrellas, tables and chairs; the outside lighting is ideal for
entertaining and late night feasts prepared on the portable
barbecue. Dining during the day is also enjoyed under the
shade of the covered terrace, from which double doors lead into the
lounge.
Decorated in a traditional island style consisting of
whitewashed walls, tiled flooring and colorful furnishings, the
villa's interior also features a lounge with satellite television,
video player, cd/cassette player. An elegant archway leads to
the well-equipped kitchen with dark pine cabinets and black marble
counters. From April 2002 a microwave will be available.
The master bedroom is comprised of a double bed and a satellite TV
while the other two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have
fitted wardrobes and doors opening onto a wide sunny terrace.
An adjoining full bathroom and two separate washrooms also add to
the facilities available. |

Villa Miranda is a modern, one floor villa situated in a
quiet rural location and enjoys lovely views of the sparkling
Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. Merely two
kilometers away one can find a variety of shops and a few
restaurants in Peyia village; of the same distance are the soft
sandy beaches of Coral Bay for a nice relaxing day beside the sea.
Coral Bay also has a few shops, plenty of bars, cafés and
restaurants, as well as several popular beachside taverns.
The swimming pool is surrounded by paved terracing and
furnished with sun beds and umbrellas; the nearby garden is
colorfully planted with trees and flowering shrubs. A built-in
barbecue is ideal for entertaining and late night feasts.
Through the shuttered patio doors of the terrace, a
spacious lounge is divided in three fully furnished lounge areas
with satellite TV, an additional sofa bed, video player, and cd/cassette
radio. The fully-equipped kitchen is amply provided with cupboard
space, a dinning area seating six, all the necessary appliances and
a cozy fireplace. A microwave will be available from April 2002. The
three bedrooms are spacious with plenty of space for extra beds when
necessary. The master bedroom contains a double bed and
satellite TV while the other bedrooms are both twins. All
bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, doors opening onto verandas and
share a complete bathroom and a shower room. |

glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and the surrounding
countryside, Villa Mary is a modern villa which has been carefully
designed and equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing and
memorable holiday. Close enough to Paphos to allow guests to
explore the area, the villa is nevertheless situated in a delightful
peaceful location, only two kilometers from the wonderful beach of
Coral Bay where there are shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and
several popular beachside taverns; equal in distance is the village
of Peyia that has a variety of shops and restaurants.
Mature gardens planted with trees and shrubbery surround
Villa Mary, enhancing its relaxing rural charm. The swimming
pool graces a poolside terrace with sun beds, umbrellas, patio set
and a built-in barbecue. Beneath the upstairs balcony an
arched covered terrace provides welcome shade from the heat of the
midday sun and includes sliding doors opening into a spacious, airy
lounge.
Inside the villa is decorated in a unique, tasteful style
consisting of whitewashed walls, ceramic floor tiles and cream
upholstery, all complimented by colorful house plants. The
open-plan design allows the breeze from the ceiling fans to
circulate throughout the villa. The double lounge is furnished
with plenty of comfortable seating, dining table, satellite TV,
video player and cd/cassette player. The fully-equipped
kitchen displays white cabinets and a dining area seating six. A
microwave will be available from April 2002. On the upper
floor, the luxury master bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors
opening onto a balcony which graces a spectacular view of the sea.
The other two bedrooms are both twins. The villa's facilities are
completed by one full bathroom and a shower room on the upper floor
and a washroom on the lower. |
